Join us for a wonderful 'Vision Board Quest' Workshop, in the heart of Hebden Bridge with Inter-Arts and Healing and the Arts.

What to expect?

A gentle introduction to vision boarding as a tool for clarity and manifestation. Guided

meditation and reflective journaling to connect with your inner vision. Access to a wide

range of art materials, magazines, collage elements and paints. Supportive group

sharing and discussion in a nurturing environment. Explore Hebden Bridge at lunch

and gain inspiration from the many creative gems, in the centre. Take home a complete

vision board at the end of the workshop, ready to support you in the year ahead.
